For many everyday searches, $2 can cover the first month. Your source, check frequency and the number of new listings determine how far it goes.
No platform subscription. Each alert has a $1 monthly minimum while active, with usage counting toward it. Add funds as needed, within your monthly card-charge cap.

A narrow search usually has fewer listings to review. Your preview measures a real check before showing a monthly estimate.
A minimum, not an extra fee.
An alert active for a full month costs at least $1. Usage counts toward that amount. If it uses $1.50, you pay $1.50—not $2.50. If it is active for half the month, its minimum is $0.50. Pausing stops the minimum from increasing.
Free credits cover the minimum too. There is currently no platform fee.
Use your free credits.
They cover active alerts and their checks. Building your alert is free and does not use your balance.
Choose your monthly cap.
Automatic recharge adds $10 as needed, within your cap. You can turn it off later in your account.
Pause whenever you want.
Your balance stays available for your next search. Checks stop when there is no balance.
