Alerts and matches
Paste a search link, explain what matters, then review the sample results. Your saved query stays the boundary: one search does not expand into unrelated searches.
If a source is temporarily unavailable, wait and try again later. If a preview asks a question, answer it so the alert can be checked accurately.
Pause an alert to stop checks and further minimum accrual. Archive it to remove it from your current list; you can use its settings to create another alert later.
Balance and payments
Building an alert is free. Active alerts have a prorated $1 monthly minimum, with usage counting toward it. Your free credits apply first.
Change your cap or turn off automatic recharge in payment controls. To return unused purchased funds, open its receipt and review the refund amount.

Sign-in codes expire after ten minutes. Check spam folders, then request another code if needed. A password option is available after you set one.
Several matches arriving together are grouped into an email. Check notification settings and your spam folder if you expected an alert.
Sign in ↗Your information
Use account settings to update your details, export your information or close your account. If you cannot sign in, email support from your account address.
